Every automation is quoted as a fixed fee, from CHF 2,500, documentation and training included. The amount depends on the scope: how many processes, how many tools to connect, and whether custom AI is needed. In every case the price is agreed before we start: there is no hourly billing that runs away from you, and you know exactly what you are paying before we touch anything.
02 What drives the price up or down?
Three things, mainly. The number of processes to automate. The number and type of tools to connect: wiring a mailbox to an Excel file is simpler than going through the API of a business ERP. And whether custom AI is needed, for instance to read unstructured documents. A single process with clear rules and one or two connected tools sits at the lower end; a full chain spanning several systems logically goes higher. We place you at the first conversation.
03 Do we have to change our current software?
No. That is the principle of AlpenFlow: we automate on top of your existing tools (Microsoft 365, Excel, your ERP, your CRM, your mailboxes). No migration or redesign. Your teams keep working as before, without the manual tasks.
04 How long does it take to set up an automation?
Generally 1 to 3 weeks between approval of the quote and delivery, depending on complexity. We always start with a one-hour conversation to identify the most profitable processes to automate.
05 What happens if the automation breaks down?
Each automation is documented and tested before delivery. In case of a problem, you have a single point of contact who knows exactly what was set up. For the long run, AlpenFlow Care (from CHF 190/month) monitors your workflows, applies fixes, handles small improvements and sends you a monthly report.
06 Do you use AI? Does my data go abroad?
We only use AI when it brings real value (document reading, classification, assisted writing). When confidentiality requires it, we favour solutions hosted in Switzerland or in Europe and we tell you clearly where your data travels.
07 Which process should we start with?
With the one that costs you the most repetitive time and that follows clear rules. During the first conversation, we identify together the 3 most profitable candidates, then we start with the one offering the best gain/effort ratio. We quote it as a fixed fee before starting, and nothing obliges you to carry on with the others.
08 And after the automation?
You are free: the automation belongs to you, it is documented and you can stop there. To keep it reliable over time, AlpenFlow Care (from CHF 190/month) provides monitoring, fixes and small improvements. Many clients move on to other processes, or then entrust us with the day-to-day management of their IT through AlpenCare: during the project, we have already got to know your IT environment, so the transition is natural. But it is never imposed.
