Swiss cloud migration
Moving your data and services to Infomaniak or a Swiss equivalent, with a planned cutover.
Data protection audit
Mapping of personal data, identification of non-compliances, documented action plan.
Infrastructure documentation
Network diagram, hardware and software inventory, accounts and access. Everything your future provider will need to know.
Bringing things up to standard
Fixing known problems: shared passwords, untested backups, unknown licences, orphan accounts.
Advice and scoping
An independent opinion on a tool choice, an architecture or an ongoing project. With no interest in selling you anything.

Frequently asked questions about IT Projects
All IT projects are billed as a fixed package, defined on request after scoping. As a guide: CHF 1,500 to 4,000 for a security audit, CHF 1,500 to 3,500 for a data protection audit, CHF 1,500 to 8,000 for a cloud migration, depending on size and complexity. There is no hourly billing during the project: the price agreed at the start is the final price, except for a change of scope that you explicitly approve.
No. IT projects are completely independent of managed IT. Many clients discover us through a one-off project (audit, migration, documentation) before possibly moving to AlpenCare. No duration commitment is required.
It depends on the scope: 3 to 5 days for infrastructure documentation, about 1 week for a data protection audit, 1 to 2 weeks for a security audit, 2 to 6 weeks for a cloud migration. The timeline is announced at the time of the quote.
We plan the cutover to keep disruption to a minimum, generally with a coexistence phase and a final switch on a time slot chosen with you.
You receive the deliverable and you are free. We stay available if you have questions about what was done. If you then want long-term follow-up, we can switch to AlpenCare managed IT, but it is never imposed.
