02 Do you work with the common trustee software?
We manage the environment around your business tools (Crésus, WinBIZ, Abacus, Dr. Tax and others): workstations, server, backups, access, system updates. For questions specific to the software itself, we coordinate directly with the vendor, so that you don't have to play the middleman.
03 What can AlpenFlow automate in a trustee firm?

We take it into account without turning it into a project of its own: documented hosting, controlled access and verified backups already cover most of the requirements. If you need a formal assessment (record of processing activities, action plan), a one-off data protection audit is available as an IT Project, between CHF 1,500 and 3,500.
